Your Role:
1. High-volume outbound calling- Make consistent outbound calls using Kixie power dialer
- Follow structured talk tracks while keeping conversations natural and personable
- Handle objections calmly and move conversations toward the booking outcome
2. Book appointments and qualified meetings- Drive toward the core outcome: booking directly on the calendar
- Confirm details, reduce friction, and get a clear commitment to attend
- Ensure appointments are properly booked and tagged based on campaign rules
3. Multi-channel follow-up (phone + email + text)- Use email/text/calendar scheduling tools to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Complete required follow-up steps (confirmation messages, reminders, reschedules where needed)
4. Clean execution inside systems- Accurately disposition calls and record outcomes in Kinetic OS
- Add brief notes when needed (many calls will be recorded/transcribed automatically)
- Keep task queues moving and maintain clean operational hygiene
What You Need: Non-negotiables
- Proven high-volume outbound calling experience
- Strong appointment setting and meeting booking track record
- Comfortable handling cold calls with confidence and resilience
- Previous role as SDR, BDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales specialist
- Experience booking meetings with business owners or executives (B2B)
- Experience with consumer appointment-driven campaigns (B2C)
Preferred skills/expertise:- Familiarity with power dialers such as Kixie or similar tools
