About the Role:
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can build early-stage pipeline through high-quality outbound outreach, warm-lead nurturing, and consistent follow-up. You'll be one of the first touchpoints for prospects, helping us reach corporate legal teams and law firms in the US and keeping Warp9 top-of-mind throughout their buying journey.
This role is all about starting conversations, activating prospects, and making sure qualified meetings happen. You'll collaborate closely with our US-based Account Executive, Sales Associate, and Marketing Team to make sure leads are contacted fast, nurtured properly, and handed off with complete information.
You won't need to close deals, that's for the AEs. Your job is to help create and shape opportunities so the sales team can move faster and convert more consistently.
What You'll Do:
Run daily outbound prospecting to corporate legal teams and law firms
Execute structured multi-touch outreach sequences across channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, other)
Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the Account Executive
Nurture warm or stalled leads with relevant content and timely check-ins
Identify buying triggers (org changes, litigation activity, industry shifts)
Updating CRM accurately and consistently
Maintaining 150-200 active prospects per sequence cycle
Partner with Marketing to ensure messaging consistency and strong ICP alignment
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs around outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline influence
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or similar outbound roles
Experience engaging US-based professionals (SaaS, services, or tech preferred)
Strong English communication skills: clear, confident, and concise
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and using outreach tools
Coachable and open to feedback - you adapt fast
Disciplined with CRM hygiene and activity tracking
Curious mindset - you want to understand prospects, not just contact them
Organized, self-directed, and consistent in hitting daily targets
Bonus Points
Experience with legal-tech, SaaS, or professional services
Familiarity with FreshSales, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Experience nurturing long sales cycles or multi-stage buying processes
Understanding of US legal professionals or B2B service buyers
