Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter)
Location: Remote/Hybrid Metro Manila applicants only (with travel opportunities)

We're hiring an A-Game SDR someone sharp, confident, and unstoppable on the phone. If you love connecting with people, thrive in high-volume outbound calling, and can engage both SMB and Enterprise prospects with ease, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Own high-volume outbound calling across USA time zones (EST/PST).
- Drive outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify decision-makers across SMB and/or Enterprise accounts.
- Book strong, high-intent meetings for the BD/Sales team.
- Research accounts to understand pain points and opportunities.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (HubSpot/Apollo).
- Work with BD/Marketing to optimize scripts and messaging.
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
What You Bring
- 4+ years experience in outbound SDR, appointment setting, telesales, or B2B lead generation.
- Strong phone communication confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Ability to build rapport fast and ask smart, value-focused questions.
- Organized, self-motivated, and consistent in a remote setup.
- Equipped with a noise-cancelling headset, i5 laptop+, and reliable remote tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar CRMs.
Bonus Points
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles or SMB outreach.
- Background in SaaS, Ad Tech, fintech, or performance marketing.
- Comfort with automation and outbound sales tools.
