Job Position: Sales Development Representative
Schedule:10pm - 2am MNL Time, 4 hours daily
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects from target lists.
- Qualify leads by gathering critical details (needs, decision-maker, budget, timeline).
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team to move prospects further down the pipeline.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate log of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM (e.g., Close, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Follow up with warm leads, nurture relationships, and guide them through the funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
- Must have B2B experience
- Upbeat and pleasing personality
- Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, Telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Comfortable with making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Strong organizational and note-taking skills with proficiency in CRM systems (specifically Close CRM).
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by performance targets.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
