Role Overview
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who have already expressed interest in one of our products through a demo, quote, contact us or trial request. You're measured on responding to inbound leads within 2-3 minutes for all inbound inquiries in your queue. Your goal is to set meetings for our sales representatives across the world.
You will have automation helping you get emails sent on your behalf within those first minutes. Your job will be to respond directly to people when they reply and get the meetings booked. You will also be responsible for following up with the call steps in those sequences by directly calling people who have expressed interest through those inbound requests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of their inquiry.
Lead Management: Follow up with the working leads in your daily queue who are currently in an automated sequence and manage your call steps and respond to inquiries from hand-raisers who reply back. Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in inbound sales or lead development role.
Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent often preferred)
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence, self-organized, resilience to rejection, and a hunter mindset.
