About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and connecting high-value enterprise prospects with our solutions. This role combines strategic research, targeted outreach, and relationship-building with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate is curious, data-driven, and resilient. What do you do in the role

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research high-potential enterprise clients using multiple channels - including CRM data, sales intelligence tools, social networks, and industry events.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted, personalized outreach campaigns to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects business needs, decision-making process, and readiness to invest. Evaluate opportunities based on fit, urgency, and potential value.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined and accurate pipeline by tracking all lead interactions, stages, and next steps in the CRM. Prioritize high-value accounts, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide clear visibility to Sales leadership for forecasting and strategy alignment.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and optimize conversion strategies. Share market insights and feedback to continuously improve lead quality and overall go-to-market execution.
  • Meeting Preparation & Handoff: Coordinate and prepare qualified prospects for meetings with Account Executives by aligning expectations, confirming key stakeholders, and sharing relevant business context. Provide clear, concise briefings that enable productive, value-driven discussions and ensure a seamless handoff between prospecting and sales engagement.
  • Market Insights: Stay deeply informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and account-specific developments. Use this intelligence to personalize outreach, strengthen positioning, and engage senior stakeholders with meaningful, business-relevant conversations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics - including outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize prospecting strategy and continuously improve results.

What experience/qualities you need to bring with you

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Diverse academic backgrounds that demonstrate analytical thinking and strong communication skills are highly valued.
  • At least 2+ years in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology.
