Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North American sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, engaging prospects, and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Speed is your standard. Inbound leads are time-sensitive. The best candidates are genuinely bothered when a lead sits without a response. Not because they were told to be, but because that's who they are.
- Process discipline over closing instinct. This role is not about persuasion or deal-making. It's about executing a defined process correctly, every time, with every lead.
- CRM hygiene is non-negotiable. You update records in real time, every call, no exceptions. This is a personal standard here, not something we check up on.
- Independent and self-directed. You maintain the same output and quality whether or not your manager is watching. Consistency without oversight is the expectation.
- Eastern Time hours, Philippines-based. You have worked US hours before, or you can clearly articulate why you're set up to do it and thrive in it.
Core Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and understanding client needs, timelines, and scope.
- Meeting Booking & Conversion: Engage prospects quickly and schedule high-quality discovery meetings with Account Executives.
- Lead Engagement & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with inbound prospects to maintain momentum and increase conversion rates.
- Pipeline Quality Management: Ensure qualified opportunities are well-documented and ready for sales conversion.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead qualification, conversations, and opportunity status in CRM.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed targets related to meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
- Client Discovery: Understand client needs across video production, photography, and event coverage to properly qualify opportunities.

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SDR / Sales Development / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification role
- Experience working with inbound leads and qualification processes
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in creative services, marketing, events, or agency environments
- Proven track record of: Booking qualified meetings, Managing inbound lead flow, Supporting pipeline generation
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment
