Job Summary

You will be responsible for fueling the revenue engine by identifying high-value opportunities and engaging key decision-makers within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Master the technical nuances of the company's hardware and SaaS product suite to effectively communicate value propositions
- Identify and qualify leads within the industrial machinery and manufacturing space
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) to track lead progress and activity metrics
- Handle complex objections with professional resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR role
- Direct experience or a strong background in selling industrial machinery or technical B2B solutions
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and managing a high volume of outbound activity
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with the confidence to engage and influence UK-based buyers
- Highly proficient in using modern CRM tools and sales tech stacks
- Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed KPIs in a fully remote work environment
- Resilient, professional, and coachable, with a drive to master the full sales cycle
- Previous experience selling to the manufacturing or logistics market
