Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Philippines Only

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: Up to $15.00/hr. (Negotiable depending on experience)

Shift: Standard Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role is responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying both the prospect and the business opportunity, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Managers.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, consultative in approach, and skilled at uncovering client pain points. You will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities and supporting overall company growth.

Prospect & Opportunity Qualification:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers, hiring needs, urgency, budget, and vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate whether opportunities align with company services and target markets.
  • Assess hiring volume, timelines, and long-term partnership potential.

Client Engagement & Discovery


  • Build rapport and establish strong professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Ask consultative questions to uncover business challenges and workforce pain points.
  • Clearly position the company as a solutions-driven partner.
  • Document accurate and detailed notes within the CRM.

Meeting Coordination & Handoff


  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Managers.
  • Provide comprehensive meeting notes to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Confirm meeting logistics and ensure calendar invites are properly sent.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or inside sales (3+ years required).
  • Comfortable working EST time zone hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Confident, persistent, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Demonstrated ability to hustle, engage, and convert conversations into qualified meetings.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Bullhorn CRM strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
