Job Description

Sales Development Representative / Sales Operations

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, US business hours (EST / CST/ PST)

About the Company

Our client is a US-based company dedicated to solving the #1 problem in early childhood education: teacher burnout and turnover. With preschool teacher turnover among the highest of any sector, the cost to center owners is significant — and largely preventable.

Founded by a researcher with nearly two decades of academic science experience and 12 years inside preschool classrooms, they developed a proprietary operating system — a codified set of 12 micro-techniques that transform classroom engagement from a personality trait into a hard, teachable skill. Teachers don't just feel better. They perform better. And centers stop losing them.

This is not a $199 workshop. Our client's operating system is a $15,000 solution sold directly to directors and owners of large preschool networks across the US — which means the sales work here is consultative, meaningful, and valued.

The methodology is proven and the market is ready. What's being built now is the sales engine to scale it — and the person who joins at this stage won't just be filling a role. They'll be the driving force that brings a high-impact solution to the people who need it most.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Development Representative / Sales Operations to work directly alongside the founder in executing a focused outbound sales strategy into the US early childhood education

This role begins with sales operations — and that work is both critical and skilled. Every call the founder makes generates data, follow-ups, and pipeline activity that must be captured accurately and completely in the CRM. This isn't administrative overflow. It's the foundation the entire sales engine runs on, and it requires someone who takes genuine pride in precision.

Alongside the ops work, this person will be actively learning the founder's proven outreach approach — the script, the objection handling, the meeting-booking process. When the time comes to take over those calls, the expectation is to execute that process faithfully and effectively, not reinvent it. The methodology works. The role is to master it and deliver it consistently. Cold calling is not optional — it is a core part of where this role is going.

For someone who demonstrates strong execution across both areas, the path to full-cycle sales — including running demos and closing deals — is real and achievable.

This role is the right fit for someone who finds deep satisfaction in doing structured work exceptionally well, learns quickly, and understands that mastering a proven system is a skill in itself — and a valuable one.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Administrative

  • Input and manage call transcripts in the CRM, ensuring proper tagging and organization
  • Send follow-up and reminder emails to prospects
  • Compile, verify, and maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM
  • Track outreach activities and maintain clean pipeline data for reporting and forecasting
  • Provide administrative support to the founder to streamline sales activities

Performance & Accountability

  • Maintain meticulous CRM records of all outreach activity — these records are the basis for performance tracking and review
  • Participate in regular structured reviews with the founder to assess progress, address challenges, and calibrate next steps
  • Use review feedback to sharpen execution on both the ops and developing SDR skill set

Outbound Prospecting

  • Learn and execute the founder's proven cold outreach process
  • Make cold outreach calls following established scripts and processes
  • Book qualified meetings

Lead Generation & Research

  • Build and maintain a structured database of target prospects in the CRM
  • Research and identify target preschool centers across the US
  • Identify key decision-makers — owners, directors, and administrators

Sales Enablement & Growth

  • Support sales presentations and demos
  • Take ownership of parts of the sales cycle in a structured progression designed for success
  • Potential to transition into a full-cycle sales role, including closing deals

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Experience in a role requiring simultaneous sales operations and outbound execution
  • Proven experience managing leads and pipelines in a CRM platform (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Proven success in a 100% outbound or self-sourced prospecting role
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding activity-based KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls consistently
  • Familiarity with US time zones and willingness to work hours aligned with US-based clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Follows established processes and scripts precisely — you understand that a proven system only works when it's executed as designed
  • Genuinely coachable — you receive feedback as a tool
  • A history of success in booking qualified meetings or demos
  • Resilience and a positive, learning-focused mindset

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling to educational institutions, particularly early childhood or preschool programs
  • Prior success with small to mid-sized US business clients, with a strong grasp of American business culture and communication norms beyond just time zones
  • Experience working directly with a founder or in an early-stage company

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work
  • 13th Month Pay
  • Healthcare (HMO)
  • Comprehensive Fringe Benefits package
  • Paid Service Incentive Lead (SIL)
  • Paid Philippines Holidays
  • Free Learning and Development Programs
