Shift Schedule & Work Setup:

  • Eastern Timezone (Night Shift in PH)
  • 100% Remote - work from the comfort of your home
  • Applicants should be equipment ready (laptop, headset, etc.) to ensure a smooth start and seamless workflow

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for outbound dials that move leads through the sales funnel.

The role focuses on reaching decision-makers, moving past gatekeepers, and setting qualified meetings that get held.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make consistent outbound dials to create pipeline movement
  • Navigate past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
  • Hold real conversations that move prospects forward
  • Qualify leads based on Ideal Client Profile
  • Set meetings with engaged, relevant prospects
  • Confirm, reinforce, and protect meetings so they get held
  • Keep leads moving no stalled or idle opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and clear next steps

Performance Expectation:

Daily

  • 100 outbound dials
  • 8-10 decision-maker conversations
  • Funnel movement every day

Weekly

  • 500+ outbound dials
  • 40-50 decision-maker conversations
  • 2-3 qualified meetings set
  • 1-2 qualified meetings held

Monthly

  • 2,000+ outbound dials
  • 160-200 decision-maker conversations
  • 8-10 qualified meetings set
  • 7-8 qualified meetings held

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

(Minimum Required For This Role)

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales with the ability to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills, including reaching decision-makers and navigating past gatekeepers
  • Excellent verbal communication and conversational skills to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel
  • Ability to set, confirm, and reinforce meetings that actually occur
  • Proficient in CRM systems for accurate tracking, note-taking, and managing next steps
  • Strong time management, persistence, and follow-up discipline
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and sales metrics
  • Ability to quickly identify qualified leads based on the company's Ideal Client Profile and maintain consistent pipeline movement
