Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the company growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our account executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to build a sales pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
  • Set appointments, present the product or service effectively, negotiate and close a sale.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to outreach, lead quality, and appointment-setting.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service and cold calling or related field.
  • Previous SDR or outbound sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus.

Location: Davao City (Office based)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM - 7 PM CST (11:00 PM- 8:00 AM PH)
