Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients across the USA market through channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and virtual events.
  • Outbound Sales Engagement: Execute targeted and personalized outreach to US-based prospects to generate interest, build relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads, ensure consistent follow-ups, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline specifically for the US region.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, prospect, and activity data in Salesforce or relevant CRM tools.
  • Market Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the US market landscape, including buyer behavior, communication nuances, and time zones to optimize engagement efforts.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Locobuzzs offerings, value propositions, and customer pain points to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates for the US territory.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on US industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance outbound sales strategies.
  • Shift: This role will operate in a night shift to align with the US business hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development — preferably in the SaaS, Martech, or Customer Experience space.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills with an ability to engage effectively with US-based prospects and decision-makers.
  • Proven understanding of the USA market, including familiarity with business culture, buyer behavior, and outreach strategies tailored to US clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads efficiently while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Salesforce (CRM)LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
  • A keen interest in AI, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • This is an evening/night shift role, aligned with US business hour
