Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting:
. Own execution of the outbound sequence via LinkedIn, email, and voice/video notes.
. Personalise each interaction based on the hiring context, company data, and ICP fit.
. Manage daily outreach volumes and sequence tasks through HubSpot.
. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BD Operations to refine messaging and increase conversion
rates.
Lead Qualification & Engagement:
. Qualify leads based on response behavior and interest signals.
. Convert positive replies into discovery meetings for Client Solutions.
. Respond professionally to prospect objections (cost, compliance, timing) using approved templates and
resources.
. Tag and disposition leads based on engagement outcome (Warm Nurture, Cold Nurture, Closed Lost).
Sales Enablement Execution:
. Maintain and update HubSpot records, including notes, status, and task completion.
. Use CRM dashboards to monitor personal KPIs and cadence performance.
. Share feedback on messaging performance, pain points, or new objections with the Growth &
Enablement team.
. Support ongoing A/B testing of templates, subject lines, and outreach methods.
Collaboration & Reporting:
. Attend weekly check-ins with your manager to review metrics, voice notes, and Loom videos.
. Participate in team stand-ups to share wins and blockers.
. Escalate qualified opportunities or insights to Business Intelligence or Sales leadership as needed.
. Uphold MicroSourcingu0027s client-first and ethical selling principles in all engagements.

Key Skills and Capabilities:
. Strong business writing and editing skills
. Comfortable recording 30-60 second video or voice messages
. High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data and outreach
. Familiarity with sales cadences and email sequences
. Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video tools (e.g., Loom)
. Agile and coachable - open to feedback and continuous A/B testing
. Resilient and goal-oriented - thrives in a quota-driven environment
. Ethical and respectful in all client and prospect interactions
Qualifications and Typical Experience:
. 1-3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or BPO sales
. Proven ability to manage daily sales outreach volumes with quality
. Experience writing client-facing copy and messaging
. Familiar with scraping and enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, Crunchbase)
. Hands-on experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or job board scraping
extensions
. Track record of booking meetings with senior-level contacts or complex buying groups
. High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data and prospect segmentation
. Knowledge of BPO, SaaS, or offshoring markets is a strong advantage
. Bacheloru0027s degree preferred but not required
. Strong written English skills required
. Amenability to work on night shift
