Job Description

What You'll Do Every Day

  • Wake 200 high-quality cold & warm calls daily (we give you Orum, Aircall, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho the absolute best tools)
  • Connection rate: 10-20% of dials (20-40 connections from 200 calls).
  • Booking rate: 20-25% of connections (4-10 discovery calls per day).
  • Monthly Projection: 80-200 booked discovery calls (20-40 workdays 4-10/day). This scales with volume but varies by industry, script adherence, and lead quality.
  • Run killer multi-channel sequences (phone + email + LinkedIn) that get replies
  • Prospect into startups, healthcare, AI, tech, and agency accounts
  • Hand your meetings directly to our Senior Sales Manager (he closes you get paid big)
  • Help improve scripts, templates, and sequences your ideas go live immediately
  • Crush KPIs and earn life-changing commissions

Who You Are

  • 38+ years proven B2B cold-calling / appointment-setting experience
  • Perfect neutral English you sound completely natural to U.S., UK, and Australian decision-makers
  • Already booking 15+ qualified meetings per month in your current/previously role
  • Zero call reluctance you genuinely love the phone
  • Expert with modern tools (Apollo, Orum, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • You personalize every outreach (no spray-and-pray)
  • You live for leaderboards, competition, and huge paychecks
