We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales development, is highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setup: Full-time -Regular; Morning shift; Onsite - BGC/Makati
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social platform selling methods.
- Develop qualified contact lists for lead generation
- Research target merchants nature of business, size of business, current tech stack, and key decision makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns to initiate contact with leads and set appointments for business development managers in your team
- Craft compelling messaging tailored to different buyer personas and industry verticals.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's business needs, pain points, and challenges. Gather relevant information to assess whether the prospect is a qualified lead. Evaluate the level of interest and qualification of leads before passing them on to BDMs.
- Provide detailed information and context about each lead to help BDMs tailor their approach.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and improve sales processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a Sales Development Representative or similar role in the technology or software industries.
- Experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot), and sales automation/outreach tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluent in English
