Sales Development Representative
This is a highly driven sales role where you will be the crucial first point of contact for potential business customers (B2B). Your main mission is to identify, qualify, and move leads into the sales pipeline for the Account Executives.
Responsibilities
You are the engine of the sales pipeline. Your key activities include:
Lead Connection: Contact new prospects via calls, emails, and social media (both responding to inbound inquiries and proactive outreach).
Qualification: Quickly understand the prospect's business needs and determine if our product is the right solution (qualify the opportunity).
Pipeline Generation: Book product demos and sales appointments for the senior Account Executives.
CRM Management: Keep detailed, accurate records of all activity and interactions in Salesforce.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to hit goals.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Experience: 3 years in a sales role, preferably B2B SaaS or telesales outbound.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).
Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in technology.
Mindset: Highly energetic, self-driven, strong work ethic, and a clear desire to succeed.
Preferred Skills (Great to Have)
Experience with warm calling and social selling.
