Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)!

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate new business through outbound cold calling. You'll speak directly with business owners and hiring managers, uncover recruitment challenges, and book qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers.

This role suits someone who is resilient, self-motivated, and confident on the phone, with strong business awareness and a positive, growth-focused mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to businesses (cold calling)
  • Ask the right questions to understand hiring challenges
  • Offer recruitment solutions that solve real business needs
  • Book qualified meetings for BDMs
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM
  • Use CRM and AI tools to improve outreach and follow-up

Experience & Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in:
  • Sales development, telesales, B2B sales, or recruitment (preferred)
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot and other CRMs)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support productivity and sales outcomes
  • Experience working to KPIs, call targets, and conversion

Location: Cebu (WFH setup with team meet-ups at least once a week, can be up to twice depending on team needs)

Type: Full-time, Project-based (12 months, with possible extension depending on business needs)

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PHT)
