Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Sales Development Representative. In this position, you will identify and generate qualified sales leads, build customer relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to set appointments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for business development.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and qualify prospects including cold calling
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, with an ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivation, time-management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools; prior experience in real estate is a plus
