Job Description

BizDepot, a California-based business brokerage with over $500 million in transactions since 2003, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound seller leads and drive listing acquisitions.

The Role: You'll be the first point of contact for business owners looking to sell. You'll handle inbound seller inquiries, set discovery call appointments, conduct initial discovery calls, assess seller fit and readiness, and book qualified sellers with our account executives for full proposal presentations. This is a hybrid appointment setter and qualifier role where you own the initial engagement and qualification process.

Compensation:

  • Year 1 earning potential: $44,500+
  • Base: $1,200/month
  • Performance: $50 per signed seller agreement (15 expected monthly at steady-state)
  • Closing bonuses: Lehman-scale percentages on completed deals (% of our commission)
  • Growth path: Team Lead role managing appointment setters

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Required Qualifications:

  • Neutral American accent (essential for US seller interactions)
  • 3+ years of proven SDR/appointment setting experience with qualification
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience conducting discovery/qualification calls (not just appointment setting)
  • High-volume inbound lead management experience
  • CRM proficiency with detailed record-keeping and attribution
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Philippines-based with reliable internet and professional home office

Highly Preferred:

  • High Level (GoHighLevel) CRM experience
  • Business brokerage, real estate, or high-ticket B2B sales background
  • Experience qualifying business sellers or working with business owners
