Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, grow client relationships, and promote our drayage services. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics operations. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for nurturing and maintaining current accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
- Promote drayage services and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Track sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Support billing processes and assist with dispute resolution when needed
Requirements
- C2 English Proficiency(Written and Oral)
- Relevant sales experience in the US market
- Astrong American accentis an advantage
- Goodmathematical skillsand an ability to work with numbers
- Experience inBusiness Development, Customer Service, Cold Sales, or Logistics Operations(Freight Forwarding, OTR Dispatch, Drayage, etc.)
- Stronganalytical,problem-solving, andcommunication skills
- Detail-oriented withexcellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Amenable to work full-time from 6AM-3PM Pacific Time with tracker
