Position:Sales Development Executive / Sales Account Manager

Industry:Drayage / Container Transportation (USA-based)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, grow client relationships, and promote our drayage services. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics operations. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for nurturing and maintaining current accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Promote drayage services and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Track sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Support billing processes and assist with dispute resolution when needed

Requirements

  • C2 English Proficiency(Written and Oral)
  • Relevant sales experience in the US market
  • Astrong American accentis an advantage
  • Goodmathematical skillsand an ability to work with numbers
  • Experience inBusiness Development, Customer Service, Cold Sales, or Logistics Operations(Freight Forwarding, OTR Dispatch, Drayage, etc.)
  • Stronganalytical,problem-solving, andcommunication skills
  • Detail-oriented withexcellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Amenable to work full-time from 6AM-3PM Pacific Time with tracker
