About The Role
As a Sales Development and Strategy Manager, you play a key role in improving the sales culture of the Bank by initiating special projects, initiatives, upskilling courses, and ways-of-working improvements, in close collaboration with the business units.
How you'll contribute:
• Provide on-time and accurate performance rating and evaluation of our sales professionals in accordance with the KRA parameters
• Provide support in conducting business presentations and sales calls, so the sales team will do things right the first time
• Build the skills and capabilities of sales professionals through mentoring and coaching to enhance productivity
• Monitor sales performance through sales clinics and performance reviews to ensure attainment of KRA targets
