BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data from sources such as SAP systems, retail POS, and financial reports. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key trends and insights, supporting data-driven decision-making. Identifies sales patterns to inform strategy and drive performance optimization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and analyzing sales data from various sources, including SAP systems, retail store POS, Sales & Finance reports.
- Creating reports and dashboards to visualize sales data and trends.
- Identifying trends and patterns in sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience is an advantage but not required. Candidates with strong Excel skills and a good understanding of data analysis are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and PivotTables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret large data sets.
