Department: Sales Capability and Efficiency

Reporting to: Business Information and Analytics Manager

As a Sales Data Analyst, you will deliver accurate, insightful dashboards and reports to support decision-making, collaborating with teams to define requirements, ensure data quality, generate insights, and drive adoption through training.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and proper data management through organized systems, standardized processes, and regular file maintenance.
  • Builds and maintains user-friendly dashboards and one-number reports by integrating data from multiple sources (SAP, Webi, SFA, manual).
  • Monitors data quality, identifies anomalies, and flags risks to support timely, data-driven decision-making.
  • Delivers proactive insights, analysis, and recommendations to guide sales performance and action planning.
  • Drives continuous improvement of reporting tools and analytics processes, collaborating with stakeholders and tracking impact.

Conducts report discussions and trainings while fostering strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective dashboard adoption.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales or commercial environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into actionable data insights.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, data integrity, and confidentiality, with a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
