We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales department in driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a fusion of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Coordinate sales activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and manage compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
Monitor daily sales activities across the team, ensuring timely updates and accurate sales reports for management review.
Schedule and coordinate client appointments, utilizing strategies such as email campaigns and telemarketing to optimize engagement.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide necessary support.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and external partners.
Administrative Duties
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to sales and marketing activities.
Maintain organized records and files related to sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, having 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing role is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management) is a plus.
