Sales Coordinator

JIPROP Development Corporation, based in Cebu, is a leading real estate development company and a subsidiary of Profood International Corp. It operates alongside JPark Island Resort and Waterpark and J Centre Mall under the same corporate umbrella. In 2017, JIPROP launched J Tower Residences, a 40-story condominium project designed to meet the growing demand for properties offering proximity to integrated services. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day operations including coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and maintaining records. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensuring smooth sales operations through timely communication and organization. Collaboration with other departments to streamline processes is also an essential part of the role.

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
