As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing customer inquiries, and updating customer records
Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient processing of orders and deliver a seamless customer experience
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales department
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Sales or Sales Coordinator domain
Provides proactive support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and overall business goals by assisting in the preparation of quotations, order processing, client coordination, and after-sales service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work effectively under pressure and is accustomed to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks even during peak workloads.
