About the Job:
TheSales Coordinator (Broker Management)supports the execution of sales plans and revenue-generating activities through effective sales campaigns, broker coordination, and sales training.
What you'll do:
- Provides assistance in the implementation of sales plans and programs in order to ensure the achievement of sales revenue target.
- Handles broker recruitment campaigns to expand and strengthen the project's accredited broker network.
- Conducts sales training programs and relevant sales courses, prepares and submits daily sales transaction reports, accepts reservation sales, and maintains regular coordination with brokers.
- Responsible for the implementation of effective and cost-efficient sales generating campaigns and activities such as but not limited to saturation drive, exhibits and trade fair, mall exhibits, site manning, corporate presentations, and open houses.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant business course.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales coordination and in dealing with brokers, gained from real estate or property development industry.
- Proven experience in project sales coordination and broker recruitment and management.
- Willing to work inTarlac City.
