Job Purpose
The Sales Consultant drives branch sales performance by leading a small team of sales associates, monitoring targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role bridges operational and strategic sales functions, coaching team members to achieve sales goals and supporting business growth initiatives.
Department Role
As part of the Sales Department, the Sales Consultant contributes to revenue generation and team performance. The role will:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide sales associates to meet individual and team targets.
- Sales Coaching: Identify staff lagging in sales and provide targeted coaching, guidance, and support to improve performance.
- Sales Execution: Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and client engagement to achieve branch revenue goals.
- Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer experience, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, provide updates to the Clinic and Sales Manager, and assist in planning campaigns or promotions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and clinic staff to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and branch operations.
