Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive clinic revenue by converting inquiries into sales, recommending appropriate treatments and packages, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert walk-in clients, inquiries, and leads into successful sales.
- Recommend treatments, packages, and products based on client needs.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell services and retail products.
- Conduct client consultations and clearly explain treatment options, pricing, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure a positive client experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Handle client concerns, objections, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Track daily sales, inquiries, and conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and clinic events.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- 13 years experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or retail industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
