Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive clinic revenue by converting inquiries into sales, recommending appropriate treatments and packages, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert walk-in clients, inquiries, and leads into successful sales.
  • Recommend treatments, packages, and products based on client needs.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and retail products.
  • Conduct client consultations and clearly explain treatment options, pricing, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure a positive client experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Handle client concerns, objections, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
  • Track daily sales, inquiries, and conversion rates.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and clinic events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
  • 13 years experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
