Job Description

We're Hiring: Sales Consultant | BGC Taguig | Night Shift

Do you excel at building relationships with discerning clients and guiding them through high-value purchasing decisions

We're looking for a Sales Agent to join our team and help affluent travelers plan unforgettable luxury river cruise experiences. This is a consultative sales role focused on warm, high-intent inbound leads—no cold calling or lead generation required.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with qualified inbound leads and conduct personalized discovery conversations.
  • Understand each client's travel goals, preferences, budget, and expectations.
  • Recommend curated luxury river cruise itineraries and explain destinations, inclusions, pricing, and value with confidence.
  • Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-ups over a 1–4 week sales cycle.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and guide clients through to booking.
  • Collaborate with travel experts and tour operators to ensure a seamless booking experience.

We're Looking For

  • Experience in consultative sales or client-facing roles (hospitality, travel, real estate, financial services, or other high-ticket sales is a plus).
  • Strong spoken and written English with clear, professional communication (B2–C1 level preferred).
  • Confidence in working with mature, affluent clients, primarily the Canadian market (typically ages 55+).
  • Excellent listening, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with CRM experience and attention to detail.
  • A professional, calm, and polished approach to customer service.
  • University degree preferred; minimum of two years of college completed.
