Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective authors, providing professional consulting to showcase publishing solutions, and helping authors navigate the self-publishing process. The primary goal of this role is delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Consulting with a proven ability to meet sales goals and manage client relationships
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills to effectively present solutions and build lasting relationships
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in the publishing or related industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
