What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
- Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
- Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
- Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Preferably graduate with a college degree.
- Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.
- Interpersonal & Team Skills: Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
- Organizational & Technical Skills: Excellent time management, flexible with assignments, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
