About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Commercial Analytics Executive to support data driven decision making across Sales, Program and Finance. This role will focus on pipeline analytics, commercial reporting and insight generation, ensuring leadership has clear visibility of revenue performance, pipeline health and growth opportunities. Working across multiple teams, you will analyse CRM and commercial data, identify trends, define reporting requirements and build dashboards that support commercial performance and enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Analytics & Trending

  • Analyse Salesforce pipeline data to identify trends, stage movement and conversion patterns
  • Track pipeline performance and highlight risks or opportunities across the sales funnel
  • Support revenue forecasting and pipeline health reporting

Reporting & Commercial Insights

  • Identify key insights that should be extracted from commercial data and ensure they are consistently reported
  • Build dashboards and reporting using BI tools such as Quicksight or similar platforms
  • Produce recurring reports and executive summaries that support commercial decision making

Data & Metrics Management

  • Define key commercial metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Translate business questions into clear data requirements for engineering teams
  • Validate datasets and investigate discrepancies across systems

CRM Governance

  • Support strong data governance and data quality within Salesforce
  • Ensure consistent opportunity tracking and pipeline discipline
  • Improve reporting reliability through better CRM structure and usage

Key Capabilities

  • Strong CRM analytics experience (Salesforce) with the ability to analyse pipeline performance, opportunities and forecasting
  • Basic to intermediate SQL or data querying skills to validate metrics, create datasets, build ad hoc reports and investigate discrepancies
  • Experience with BI tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI or similar for building dashboards and reporting
  • Ability to define metrics and reporting requirements and translate business questions into clear data specifications for engineering teams
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality, particularly in relation to CRM data
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, extract insights and communicate findings clearly

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, commercial analytics or similar roles
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability
  • Experience working with CRM systems and commercial datasets
  • Experience in payments, fintech, loyalty or high growth environments is advantageous.

Work Details

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
  • Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
  • Status: Full Time Employment
