The Sales Channel Manager will drive growth and strengthen AWB Networks presence by developing, managing, and expanding relationships with distributors, resellers, and key channel partners. This role ensures partners are equipped and motivated to meet sales targets while aligning with AWB's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Strategy & Development
- Design and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue and market-share goals for AWB's portfolio of IT networking products.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new clients, and distribution partners.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term partnerships by providing training, sales tools, and marketing support.
- Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, promotions, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Sales Execution & Forecasting
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Provide regular reporting and market feedback to AWB management.
- Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Recommend new products or solutions to strengthen AWB's competitive edge.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the IT networking or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through channel growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet partners and attend industry events.
