Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced local Channel Sales Manager to help us shape and grow our presence within the Philippine market. If you have a deep understanding of the local traditional lock, smart lock, or general hardware industries, we want to empower you to build our channel ecosystem from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role as a key driver of our regional success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ecosystem Building: Identify and welcome tier-1 and tier-2 distributors, wholesalers, and specialized retail partners into the Imou network within the hardware and door lock sectors.
• Strategic Growth: Design and bring to life localized sales strategies that help us collectively achieve and exceed revenue aspirations for our smart lock product lines.
• Partner Success (Account Management): Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key channel partners. You will be their primary champion, ensuring they have the product training, sales enablement, and marketing support they need to win.
• Market Insights: Keep a pulse on local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics. Your voice will directly influence HQ's product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
• End-to-End Engagement: Guide the complete sales journey, from the first handshake and strategic negotiation to closing the partnership and ensuring ongoing mutual success.
• Global Collaboration: Partner closely with our global marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and impactful promotional campaigns in your local market.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of meaningful retail sales experience, with a solid grasp of sales channels in traditional mechanical locks, smart locks, smart home solutions, or building materials/hardware.
• Local Connectivity (Resources): You are a trusted voice within the Philippine market. You bring a well-established network of strong relationships with distributors, agents, hardware channels, or Key Accounts (KA). More importantly, you are excited to leverage these existing partnerships to introduce a high-quality global brand to your connections, creating win-win opportunities.
• Skills: Strong ability to connect with people through excellent negotiation, presentation, and business development skills. You thrive independently in a fast-paced environment while staying deeply attuned to local smart lock trends and solutions, allowing you to craft sales strategies that truly resonate with the market.
