Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager / BDM to lead PureStorage sales in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across hardware, software, and services, managing strategic accounts, and developing a go-to-market strategy that aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute country-level sales strategy and geographic coverage.
- Manage strategic accounts and programs to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Take full ownership of sales quotas, forecasts, orders, revenue, profit, and cost management.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine and implement sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key PureStorage stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company vision and values.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and market positioning, ensuring PureStorage products meet customer needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience selling PureStorage products and solutions in the Philippines.
- Minimum 710 years of experience in sales or business development in IT / storage / technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of strategic account management, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence customers, sales teams, and senior management.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to develop actionable go-to-market plans.
Work Setup: Hybrid setup, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (Monday to Friday)
