The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Lead to take real ownership of our sales efforts.
This is not a read from a script role. You'll be working directly with the founder and will be responsible for driving conversations, building relationships, and creating opportunities using whatever tools and channels make sense.
Your work will include:
- Re-engaging existing contacts, warm leads, and channel partners
- Identifying and sourcing new leads through research, outreach, and creative methods
- Managing end-to-end sales conversations from first contact to handover
- Supporting and shaping lead-generation efforts, including helping set up or improve marketing channels when needed
- Monitoring competitors and understanding how we position against them
- Learning our product deeply and explaining it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experimenting, iterating, and improving how we sell over time
You'll have freedom to test ideas and responsibility to make things happen.

You're someone who:
- Has excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) this is essential
- Is confident communicating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Is comfortable figuring things out independently
- Learns fast and enjoys learning
- Isn't afraid to research, test, or use tools like ChatGPT to solve problems
- Is proactive, organised, and takes ownership
- Enjoys working in a small, growing team where impact matters
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles
- Strong written and spoken English (must be comfortable writing emails, messages, and proposals)
- Ability to research markets, accounts, and opportunities
- A results-oriented mindset with good follow-through
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but mindset and capability matter more than credentials.
