Job Description

Update and maintain Daily Patient Monitoring (DPM) records and billing information.
Review hospital bills, quotations, and ensure accuracy before invoicing.
Prepare, encrypt, and send invoices (soft/hard copies) to clients.
Record transactions in QuickBooks Online and update sales monitoring reports.
Coordinate with clients and medical institutions on billing inquiries and pricing.
Prepare sales reports, VAT Relief files, and quotations for procedures.
Maintain updated price lists and client profiles.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
Atleast 1 year of relevant work experience in billing, accounting, or finance.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of billing procedures, account classification, and bank transactions.
Strong attention to detail, can work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
