About the Role

In this role, you are highly technical, automation-first sales operator to be responsible for building, operating, and improving Storeganise's outbound and inbound revenue systems, while also being comfortable stepping into hands-on SDR execution when required. As a key contributor to our sales engine, you will be responsible for designing and running automated outbound pipelines (data segmentation outreach routing reporting), improving CRM data quality, reporting, and forecasting accuracy, building scalable outreach systems while maintaining high-quality, human communication and will work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and reliable lead handling.

What You'll Do:

Automation, systems & revenue operations

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end outbound automation systems:
  • Lead sourcing and enrichment
  • Segmentation and lead scoring
  • Outreach sequencing and personalization
  • Routing and lifecycle management
  • Performance tracking and reporting
  • Audit, optimise, and streamline the sales tech stack to minimise manual work.
  • Configure and maintain CRM workflows, fields, lifecycle stages, and automation to support Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Audit and optimise existing revenue dashboards in collaboration with Marketing, improving automation, data accuracy, and cross-system consistency.
  • Strengthen pipeline analysis and revenue forecasts by improving CRM logic, attribution, and reporting reliability.

SDR execution & communication (secondary but expected)

  • Run targeted outbound and inbound outreach when required:
  • Email and call follow-ups
  • Demo meeting booking and execution
  • Capture clean, high-quality handoff notes for Sales leadership.
  • Support inbound lead qualification during peak periods or campaign launches.

Enablement & documentation

  • Document workflows, automations, and SOPs so systems are repeatable and transferable.
  • Build and maintain outreach libraries (value propositions, snippets, objections).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve messaging and processes.

What You Bring

  • 36+ years of experience in outbound ops, RevOps, growth ops, SDR ops, or automation-heavy sales roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software, enjoys exploring its features, and appreciates how it applies to business operations.
  • Deeply comfortable working inside CRMs (Piperdrive) and revenue systems.
  • Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Zapier, Lindy AI, n8n, or similar.
  • Understand outbound fundamentals: ICP segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and experimentation.
  • Can write outreach that sounds human, relevant, and professional.
  • Are comfortable doing hands-on SDR work when needed.
  • Can work autonomously while collaborating with a fully remote team.
  • Thrives on problem-solving and thinking critically under pressure.
