This is for a SALES position for a software solutions company. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have any sales experience in an IT or software development company.
The Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales of our company's products and services.
The SA will also be responsible for scheduling appointments for the sales team. This includes identifying potential clients, contacting them on the phone or email, and booking an appointment for presentation.
The SA must be able to build rapport with potential clients, identify their needs, set the appointment, and close the sale.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech and travel industry, be able to build relationships with existing clients, and be motivated to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through a variety of channels, including online research, cold calling & messaging, and referrals
Create a database of leads for WT Migremo
Appointment Setting
Contact potential clients by phone and email to introduce the company and its products or services
Qualify potential clients by determining their needs and interest in the company's offerings
Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager with qualified potential clients
Maintain a detailed record of all calls and appointments
Track and report on appointment setting results
Sales Duties
Assist management in closing sales and meeting monthly quotas
Build relationships with customers and prospects
Answer Questions About Our Products And Services
Maintain a clean and organized sales funnel
Administrative
Complete other tasks that will be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management
Attend meetings presided by the immediate supervisor or management
Follow all company policies and procedures
Attend company-sponsored trainings
College degree or high school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in sales / client management / customer service
Strong understanding of the tech and travel industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to attend online and onsite client calls
Must be a resident of Metro Manila or nearby areas
Ability to work with a team
Strong motivation and drive to succeed
Customer-service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn other software
