Shift Schedule: Day Shift (half-day Saturday work included)

The role
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our clients team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in engineering or construction, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and project managers
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote company offerings
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 35 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, or services is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed
