Job Description

Are you a fan of social gaming and live-streaming apps Do you know how the world of virtual gifting and online communities works We are looking for a Sales Associate who is ready to turn their knowledge of the streaming space into results.
In this role, your main mission is to find and bring in new users, talent agencies, and hosts. You will be responsible for making sure they don't just join the app, but also stay active and contribute to the community.

Your Daily Goals

Success in this role is all about consistency. To reach your targets, you will need to stay active every day:

  • Message Outreach: Start conversations and chat with at least 100 people every day.
  • Phone Outreach: Follow up with at least 10 calls every day to help users and partners get started.
  • Recruitment: Identify and onboard high-value New Users,Agencies, andHosts.

We have a clear path for your growth. Your success is measured by the activity and spending (gaming and gifting) of the new users you bring to the platform.

What We Are Looking For

  • Industry Knowledge: You are very familiar with social gaming, streaming apps, and how virtual economies (gifts/coins) work.
  • Sales Drive: You are comfortable reaching out to strangers, selling the platform, and hitting daily numbers.
  • Consistency: You are disciplined enough to manage 100+ chats and 10+ calls daily without fail.
  • Communication: You can explain the app's value clearly to regular users and professional agencies alike.
