Job Summary
What you need to know about the job
The Sales Associate for Walk-In and Online Customers is responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales through physical and digital channels, and maintaining strong relationships with new and returning customers. The role manages daily store transactions, online inquiries, live selling, order processing, and customer follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
