Job Overview

The Sales Associate provides technical support to facilitate the development and continuous improvement of the International Sales Operations selling frameworks, policies, and processes. The role ensures that standardized sales procedures are executed in full compliance across all business units. Furthermore, the role requires evaluating key performance metrics that guide sales planning, strategic initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional units to attain business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development, revision, and maintenance of comprehensive Sales Policies and Procedures to ensure operational clarity and alignment.
  • Supports the documentation, enhancement, and standardization of selling systems, workflows, and process frameworks to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborates with the Sales Information group in the deployment, user testing, and preliminary troubleshooting of sales tools (e.g., MSF, OP, NSM View, PMS, SIP).
  • Performs data validation activities and prepares initial sales reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for field and management review.
  • Assists in gathering, organizing, and consolidating territory, coverage, and go-to-market (GTM) data for strategic analysis.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional partners (Sales, HR, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment and integration of tools, processes, and operational standards.
  • Monitors sales organization vacancies, tracks recruitment progress in coordination with HR, and updates manpower reports to support resource planning

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, technical sales, or sales services functions (e.g., Sales Information, Sales Training management, Trade Promotions, and Merchandising, etc.)
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze performance data, and optimize processes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with data analytics. Experience in Power BI is an advantage.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to train staff and work across departments.
  • Education: Any four-year course, preferably with a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, financial management, or industrial/management engineering.
