Job Description
- Warmly welcome every shopper and deliver attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure each customer leaves satisfied
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system
- Maintain attractive, organized, and clean store displays and merchandise areas
- Apply effective sales techniques to achieve both individual and team goals
- Take part in store events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives (including digital and social media promotions)
- Provide prompt, courteous support for any post-purchase inquiries or concerns
- Share valuable customer feedback and product insights with the management team
- Assist in inventory control, restocking, and day-to-day store upkeep
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of new employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, customer service, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) for marketing and engagement
- Background in online or live selling is a plus
