Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Iloilo. The Sales Associate will conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, engage with customers to understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales reports, delivering excellent customer service, and actively contributing to the achievement of revenue goals. The role also involves coordinating closely with team members to identify business opportunities and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and ability to close deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of the BPO industry, sales operations, or relevant customer service experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Iloilo
