We are looking for a Sales Associate.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Sales Associate is in charge of handling sales, project implementation, and aftersales support for clients. The role is responsible for ensuring proper coordination with stakeholders in all stages of a project.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathers preliminary data to prepare client pitches/presentations
• Prepares client and project assessment to determine acceptability, strategy, probability of closing and timeline to delivery
• Oversees ocular/demo tests; Coordinates with the Technical and Operations Department
• Works with Sales Operations Manager to prepare costing worksheets and proposals that meet internal and external rules and regulations
• Liaises with all relevant parties during proposal negotiations with the client
• Ensures proper documentation for all proposals
• Highlights all issues and potential issues in the process of gathering and review of information and documents, and gathering of relevant documentation
• Closes opportunities through signed proposals or purchase orders
• Maintains relationship with client and obtains regular feedback on services
• Provides information for management by preparing regular sales and commercial reports such as short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, sales analyses, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in any course, but a business-related course is preferred
• With at least 1 year relevant experience, preferably in transport sector, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Has background in sales or account management
• Can perform the role with minimal supervision
• Detailed oriented, forward thinking and proactive
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
