Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Associate located in Mandaue. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by delivering personalized recommendations and guiding them through our range of printing and branding solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and current customers, understanding their unique printing needs, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient order production and timely delivery of services. Success in this role will involve achieving sales targets while maintaining the company's commitment to quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of sales experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets
• Problem-solving and time management abilities to handle client needs effectively
• Knowledge of printing processes, branding concepts, or related industries is an advantage
• Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
